My Blue Heaven

Ole Dean Smith from UNC dies and of course goes to heaven. When he gets there the Lord tells him they have a special place just for him and because of what he did at UNC, he rates a mansion.

Dean doesn't believe him but says what the heck, show me my new home in heaven. SURE AS CAN BE, THERE IT IS!!!

Here's this mansion, 10 times bigger than the Atlanta Dome, lights, blue and white banners, the biggest marching band you ever saw. It sparkles and the music is wonderful! Dean Smith, heaven's greatest coach all over it!

Ole Deano can't believe it! Then he looks over a ways away, he sees another mansion, 20 times bigger than his! But this one is covered with Kentucky blue and white banners, lights, sparkles, a marching band ten times bigger than Dean's. The band is playing my Old KY Home and Dean sees all this UK stuff. He's suddenly saddened.

"Dear Lord," he says solemnly, "I didn't know Tubby died."

God looks down at Dean, shaking his head.

"He didn't, Dean. That's my house."
